  • Superintendent
    The role of a construction Superintendent overall is to direct subcontractor coordination, oversee installation process is in accordance with the contract documents, ensure quality and document all tasks ongoing in the field.
  • Project Manager
    Project Managers are responsible to oversee all aspects of the construction process. From qualifying subcontractors in the buyout phase, project start-up, quality control, submittal review, correspondence with the Architect and Subcontractors, ensuring the project is on schedule, close-out and more.
  • Estimator
    Our in house estimating staff prepares accurate budges for clients to understand the overall project cost, put projects out to bid, prepare quantity and cost take-offs, qualify subcontractor proposals and maintain the budgets for ongoing projects.
  • Office Administrative Staff
    The Office Administrative Staff acts as the glue that keeps the multiple departments functioning cohesively.
  • Departments
    Book keeping – processes all Owner, Subcontractor and Vendor payments and change orders.
  • Processing
    The processing department acts as an assistant to the project ¬†mangers in all aspects of document control from drawings, submittals, RFI’s, invitations to bid, documents Superintendent daily reports and progress photos and more.
  • Priority Department
    Reviews all insurance certificates, develops all subcontracts and purchase orders and ensures all permits are current.
